About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Manager of Operations - Barsala Division at Landing. This role will oversee operational excellence across a portfolio of properties, leading a team of Hospitality Managers to deliver exceptional guest experiences, optimize cleaning and installation processes, and ensure property standards are met. You will be a key player in driving efficiency and customer satisfaction while maintaining operational discipline for these properties.

About the Team:
Our Barsala Operations team directly oversees the in-market Hospitality Managers, working closely with field operations leadership and central support teams, within Landing to ensure exceptional guest experiences. The Senior Manager of Operations reports to divisional leaders and is a key player in driving operational success and maintaining high standards across all properties. This role is critical to achieving company goals and delivering memorable stays for our guests.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead a team of Hospitality Managers to ensure operational success across properties, focusing on cleaning standards, installations, and guest experience.
  • Develop and mentor high-performing teams, creating career pathways and growth opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key property managers to drive operational improvements and resolve escalations.
  • Ensure properties meet company standards through routine evaluations and proactive issue resolution.
  • Implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  • Manage expenses and ensure budget compliance within your market.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics, creating regular reports for the executive team.
  • Oversee the execution of daily tasks while building sustainable processes for the future.

What You Need:

  • 3+ years of management experience in operations, hospitality, or a related field.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Strong leadership and people development skills with a passion for cultivating talent.
  • A results-oriented mindset, thriving in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency in using data and metrics to drive operational improvements.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of earning trust across all levels of the organization.
  • Must be willing and able to travel regularly for site visits, meetings, and project oversight as needed.
  • A hands-on, proactive approach to problem-solving and team management.
  • A customer-first mentality, with an obsession for delivering exceptional experiences.
