About the Role:

We are looking for an HR Generalist to join this amazing company! In this role you will provide essential support in both human resources and administrative functions, ensuring smooth operations and a positive work environment at Landing Mexico. This position is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are looking to grow their careers in HR and office management.

What You'll Do:

Human Resources

  • Support the coordination of the recruitment process; including posting jobs, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support onboarding and employee orientation processes.
  • Assist with benefits administration and employee communications.
  • Provide support in the payroll process, including data collection and accuracy verification

Administrative

  • Oversee office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
  • Support the organization of office events 
  • Maintain and organize HR and administrative records.

What You Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • At least 1 year of experience in HR or administrative roles.
  • Experience using G-suite 
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in a start-up atmosphere
  • Experience with HRIS systems and/or payroll processing.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and compliance standards.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
