Hospitality Operations Coordinator

About the Role: 

We are hiring an Operations Specialist to join us at Landing! In this role, you will join our Field Operations team and be responsible for championing cleanliness and consistency in Florida. Success in this role looks like delivering consistently high-quality units that meet every level of expectation of Landing quality.

About the Team: 

Our Field Operations team owns the support of Member and Property needs while working closely with our host, installation, and property success teams, based in our Birmingham, AL headquarters. Working together, our goal is to provide an exceptional experience for our members in the Florida Market. Home Inspectors Report Up to Hub Managers and are imperative to Landing’s success. 

What You’ll Do: 

• Inspect units prior to member check-ins, ensuring that every home a member walks into is up to the Landing Standard
• Form partnerships with and oversee property housekeeping teams.
• Evaluate property and home condition, ensuring inventory meets Landing standards
• In partnership with the Remote Operations Coordinator, evaluate and resolve guest concerns.
• Act as liaison with property management teams to quickly resolve maintenance requests and address member concerns

What You Need: 

• This is an In-Market position (relocation required to St. Petersburg, Florida)
• 1+ years of management experience 
• Housekeeping and Hospitality Experience (Hotel Preferred)
• Obsession with Perfection
