About the Role:

We’re looking for an Ancillary Specialist to join the team! In this role, you’ll need fantastic organizational skills since you’ll be working on multiple tasks simultaneously. You will build strong relationships with external and internal teams to ensure a smooth and streamlined process in making our Landing homes move-in-ready. We are looking for an energetic & passionate individual who is a strong operator but also has the ability to step back and see the bigger picture to solve the hard problems! 

About the Team:

You’ll join a team of talented individuals who are building a startup to improve the way people live, and will be able to make all kinds of things happen without limits.

What You'll Do:

  • Coordinate Internet Services – Oversee setup, management, and disconnection of internet accounts for Landing-managed properties, including scheduling installations, managing provider communications, and maintaining network credentials.
  • Provide Host Support – Deliver real-time chat assistance to hosts for access, cleaning, shopping, and trust & safety issues, ensuring quick resolution and positive host experiences.
  • Manage Financial and PEX Tasks – Activate and fund PEX cards, process reimbursements, and ensure autopay and high-value transactions are correctly managed.
  • Oversee Scheduling & Escalations – Reschedule or release jobs as needed, flag critical issues to the Field Operations (FOPS) team, and ensure timely resolution of move-in or maintenance concerns.
  • Handle Utility Deinstalls – Coordinate utility disconnections and equipment returns for power, water, gas, internet, and rented appliances.
  • Manage Property Access – Generate and maintain digital access credentials (Latch, Key Café, Key Nest), support activation of locks and cards, and assist with troubleshooting.
  • Conduct Audits & Ensure Compliance – Perform regular audits of utility accounts, autopay settings, and property fees to maintain accuracy and compliance.
     

What you'll need:

  • Ability to work from our Polanco office — a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
  • English proficiency: Fluent (B2–C1)
  • Flexible schedule (5 days working, 2 days off)
  • +1 year of experience of working in multiple projects and/or operations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort and ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment at a quickly growing company
  • Experience in project management with strong organizational skills and eye for detail
  • Quick and efficient problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to multitask
  • Strong work ethic with the flexibility to work extended hours during critical periods, as necessary

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: $18,000 gross per month 
  • Grocery vouchers: $1,500 MXN net per month
  • Vacation: 12 days per year (available after 90 days of employment)
  • Paid time off (PTO): 40 hours per year (available after 30 days of employment)

  • Parking: On-site parking for bikes, motorcycles, and cars
  • Travel benefit: $750 USD annually in Landing Stays
