About The Role
We’re looking for a Corporate Housing Account Manager to join our team and assist with managing our top corporate clients. As a Corporate Housing Account Manager, you’ll own and manage our larger national accounts and assist with a variety of back end administrative tasks. You will also work with leadership to help enhance this new crucial function of the team.
What You’ll Do
- Build, maintain, and expand relationships with top national clients
- Handle and address incoming reservation requests
- Work with Landing’s Field Operations team to schedule move-ins, home inspections, and address occupant changes
- Compile Arrival Information for Corporate Clients
- Follow up on outstanding balances from invoiced clients
- Collaborate with Field Operations teams on addressing maintenance issues
- Assist VP with special projects in order to further streamline our business processes
What You Need
- 3+ years of professional experience
- Previous customer service experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and problem solve multiple issues at once
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Fearless, self-motivated and hardworking
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter comfortable working with a sense of urgency
- Tech-savvy - familiarity with Slack
- Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
