Bilingual Property Coordinator
About Landing:
Landing is a nationwide hospitality platform where fully furnished apartments meet hotel quality and consistency. Guests book from thousands of apartments in hundreds of US cities, for a week or a year, all backed by 24/7 local support. Behind every stay is a team making sure each home is ready the moment a guest walks in. That's where you come in.
About the Role:
As a Bilingual Property Coordinator, you'll run the guest experience for one US city from our office in Polanco. You'll make sure every home is ready before a guest moves in, handle escalations until they're solved, and keep things moving with hosts (the gig workers who clean and shop for our homes), vendors, and property partners (the apartment buildings we work with). This isn't a call center role. You'll report to a Hub Head (the leader over a group of US markets).
You'll work in English every day alongside teams across the US, from our office in Polanco. No two days look the same, and you'll build real skills in hospitality operations, vendor management, and guest experience that set you up to grow with us.
What You'll Do:
- Check that every home in your market meets move-in standards before a guest arrives, and follow up on anything that isn't ready.
- Handle guest escalations from start to finish, working with hosts, vendors, and teammates until they're solved.
- Call and message US hosts, vendors, and property partners to schedule cleanings, repairs, and inspections.
- Work through support tickets and maintenance requests and keep them moving.
- Watch guest feedback and scores like NPS, CSAT, cleaning quality, and check-in, and fix what's pulling them down.
- Work closely with our Member Support team (the team that helps guests 24/7) on issues in your market.
What You Bring:
- Fluent English (B2 to C1). Resumes and applications must be in English to be considered.
- Experience handling customer complaints or escalations and seeing them through until they're solved.
- Experience working with outside vendors or service providers, like cleaning, maintenance, or contractors.
- Strong follow-through: you track what you're waiting on and chase it until it's done.
- Clear, friendly communication on calls and in writing.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- A plus: experience in hospitality, property management, or short-term rentals.
Where and When:
- Location: Full time in our Polanco office in Mexico City. Not remote or hybrid.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday.
- Shifts: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM in your market's local time.
