About the Role

We are looking for an Enterprise Account Coordinator to join our Autopilot team. In this role, you will take ownership of getting new Autopilot properties fully ready for members to book and move in. You'll step in as soon as a contract is signed and collaborate with properties, Area General Managers, and internal teams to collect information, coordinate installations, and ensure homes are cleaned, photographed, and move-in ready. You're not just checking boxes — you're the driving force ensuring our properties meet the highest standards for our members.

About the Team

The Autopilot Team's mission is to ensure a successful installation and launch of all new properties through exceptional service for both internal and external partners.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the Autopilot process from start to finish, communicating with internal teams and property partners.
  • Partner closely with property managers and owners to ensure they understand Autopilot operations and provide all required information to build the property on Landing's platform.
  • Work with Legal to ensure all necessary information is in place to apply for Short-Term Rental (STR) permits.
  • Collaborate with Area General Managers to coordinate key pickup and unit installations.
  • Oversee all job creation and completion required for units to be move-in ready.
  • Ensure all property and unit information is accurately entered into our systems.
  • Establish a strong foundational relationship with the property to smoothly transition to the Area General Manager after installation.

What You'll Need

  • English proficiency: Fluent (B2-C1)
  • Ability to work from our Polanco office — a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
  • Project Management Mindset: Strong attention to detail to ensure every property launch meets our quality standards.
  • Proactive Autonomy: Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment without constant supervision.
  • Extreme Ownership: Full accountability for the property's success from contract signature through the first move-in.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Proven track record of building strong relationships across teams at Landing (for internal candidates).

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $18,000 MXN gross per month + performance-based bonus
  • Grocery vouchers: $1,500 MXN net per month
  • Vacation: 12 days per year (available after 90 days of employment)
  • Paid time off (PTO): 40 hours per year (available after 30 days of employment)

  • Parking: On-site parking for bikes, motorcycles, and cars
  • Travel benefit: $750 USD annually in Landing Stays
