About the Role
As our Corporate Housing Account Manager, you'll be the bridge between Landing and our top corporate clients — ensuring every reservation is flawless and every client feels like a VIP. This role demands a hands-on approach, a detail-oriented mindset, and a commitment to client satisfaction. Your ability to balance relationship management with operational precision will directly impact the success of our clients and Landing.
What You'll Do
- Own the reservation process end-to-end with 100% accuracy.
- Build strong client relationships through clear, candid communication and solutions tailored to their needs.
- Conduct regular audits of reservations and processes to identify and eliminate preventable errors, driving operational excellence.
- Collaborate with internal teams — including Sales, Field Operations, and property partners — to resolve issues and optimize the client experience.
- Embrace a customer-first mindset, ensuring every interaction reflects Landing's commitment to exceptional value.
- Monitor bid boards and ensure all bids are submitted within the required timeframe.
What You'll Need
- English proficiency: Fluent (B2-C1)
- Ability to work from our Polanco office — a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
- 1+ year of experience in Account Management or Corporate Customer Service (B2B).
- Proven track record of ensuring accuracy, building client trust, and delivering outstanding service.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills — capable of building authentic relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Commitment to doing more with less while maintaining high-quality service.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $18,000 MXN gross per month + BIDS.
- Grocery vouchers: $1,500 MXN net per month
- Vacation: 12 days per year (available after 90 days of employment)
- Paid time off (PTO): 40 hours per year (available after 30 days of employment)
