About the Role:
You’ll play a key role in supporting reservations across third-party booking platforms (Airbnb, Vrbo, Expedia, Marriott, and others). This role is perfect for someone highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes ownership of new challenges.

What You’ll Do: 

• Create, manage, and monitor reservations on OTA platforms (Airbnb, Vrbo, Marriott, etc.).
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries across multiple platforms.
• Oversee guest check-ins, follow-ups, and last-minute reservation needs.
• Track and reconcile payments, refunds, appeasements, and special requests for OTA guests.
• Provide inbound and outbound support to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Identify and escalate OTA platform issues or policy changes, offering feedback to internal teams.
• Collaborate on cross-functional projects to improve OTA operations and guest satisfaction.

What You’ll Need: 

• Experience working with OTA platforms (Airbnb, Vrbo, Expedia, Marriott, etc.) desired.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (B2).
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to problem-solve, think critically, and adapt quickly to new challenges.
• High attention to detail and a goal-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in multitasking across different platforms and tools.
• Team-oriented with a willingness to support cross-department collaboration.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $16,500 gross per month + Performance Incentive
• Grocery vouchers: $1,500 MXN net per month
• Vacation: 12 days per year (available after 90 days of employment)
• Paid time off (PTO): 40 hours per year (available after 30 days of employment)
