We are looking for a driven, commission-only specialist to lead three critical initiatives that directly impact our operational efficiency and bottom line. This role is ideal for someone resourceful, persuasive, and execution-focused. Someone who thrives on getting people to say yes and making things happen.

Our Host Management team leads the way to make sure that our hosts have a world-class experience throughout their Landing journey. Our Host Experience Specialists respond to the host’s questions and concerns throughout the day. You’ll get to work with a tight-knit, fun group of people who are passionate about creating an incredible experience for our hosts.
What You’ll Do
- Negotiate Cleaner Rates
- Connect with cleaners on our platform to negotiate reduced per-job rates.
- Leverage guaranteed volume and shorter job durations to justify rate reductions
- Successfully assign each cleaner to a property to earn commission.
- Secure On-Site Storage at Properties
- Reach out to properties that have not yet fulfilled their contractual obligation to provide on-site storage.
- Work with property managers to secure these storage spaces immediately.
- Follow up and confirm delivery of storage access with our General Managers in the field.
- Convert Lockbox Properties to Smart Locks
- Review the list of properties still using lockboxes.
- Collaborate with our local General Managers to facilitate the transition to Latch smart locks.
- Coordinate, follow up, and ensure the changeover is completed.
What You Need:
- Fluent English (native - bilingual MUST), strong communication skills, both written and via phone.
- Ability to work a flexible, rotating schedule which could consist of anywhere between 7 am - 9 pm as well as 1-2 weekends per month.
- Ability to work in-office at our Mexico City office
- Well organized and able to use different administrative tools simultaneously.
- Kind, Self-motivated and hardworking, a history of achieving targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A self-starter who can operate without micromanagement.
- Strong persuasion skill. You can talk someone into taking less for the same work and still make them feel good about it.
- Ability to navigate conversations with property managers and overcome objections.
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up and accountability.
- Comfort operating in a 100% commission-based role with fast turnaround expectations.
