About the Role

As a Reservation Sales Specialist, you will help grow Landing's new member base. You'll work inbound and outbound leads, close new memberships, and create reservations. Your responsibilities include communicating Landing's value proposition to potential members, answering their questions, and guiding them through the sales process.

What You'll Do

  • Contact potential members: Prospect inbound and outbound leads who are a strong fit for Landing long-term.
  • Guide prospects and communicate value: Present Landing's value proposition and explain how our properties and products meet their needs.
  • Build relationships: Develop and maintain long-term connections with members.
  • Support billing inquiries: Answer basic billing questions new members may have.
  • Manage dates accurately: Ensure move-in and move-out dates are correctly booked in the system.
  • Resolve issues: Collaborate with team members to address concerns raised by new members.

What You'll Need

  • English proficiency: Fluent (B2-C1)
  • Ability to work from our Polanco office — a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • 1+ year of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in B2C industries.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with the ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Eager to grow your sales career in a fast-moving startup environment.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $15,500 MXN gross per month + uncapped commissions
  • Grocery vouchers: $1,500 MXN net per month
  • Vacation: 12 days per year (available after 90 days of employment)
  • Paid time off (PTO): 40 hours per year (available after 30 days of employment)

  • Travel benefit: $750 USD annually in Landing Stays
