About the Role

We are looking for a Hub Manager   to join our team in Washington DC! In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee multiple market success by driving exceptional cleaning and installation performance while ensuring a superior member experience. Leading a team of General Managers, you’ll set the standard for operational excellence and customer satisfaction in your hub.

In Field Operations, you’ll work alongside Landing’s in-market General Managers and central teams—host management, sales, and corporate housing—to deliver an unrivaled living experience for our members. Hub Managers report to Regional Directors and are pivotal to fulfilling Landing’s mission.

What You’ll do
 

  • Lead and mentor a team of Area General Managers to achieve excellence in cleaning standards, property quality, and member satisfaction.
  • Foster the growth of high performers and create clear career development pathways.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts across a portfolio of properties.
  • Evaluate properties and homes to ensure alignment with Landing’s quality standards.
  • Address escalations with property management teams to resolve member support issues swiftly.
  • Design and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and cleaning standards.
  • Oversee and justify market expenses through structured approval processes.
  • Drive market performance by meeting and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage multiple daily tasks effectively while building scalable processes for future success.
  • Prepare and present weekly market performance reports to the Executive team.
  • Facilitate the installation and publishing of new homes.
  • Effectively handle and resolve customer escalations to ensure a seamless member experience and maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Travel as required (approximately 50%).

What you’ll bring
 

  • 3+ years of management experience.
  • A valid driver’s license.
  • A passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and people growth.
  • The ability to thrive in high-growth, fast-paced environments with an evolving startup culture.
  • Experience leveraging data and metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • A strategic mindset paired with a hands-on, detail-oriented approach—balancing big-picture vision with execution.

  • A track record of achieving results through independent, proactive work.
