About the Role
Are you passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences and ensuring smooth operations? As a Remote Operations Coordinator, you'll take full ownership of your assigned market — ensuring every member's journey is seamless from move-in through their next stay. You'll oversee property readiness, manage escalations, and work proactively to deliver a world-class experience that exceeds expectations.
About the Team
Our Field Operations team is at the heart of delivering outstanding service and ensuring every member feels at home. Collaborating with hosts and our Member Support Team, we work behind the scenes and on the frontlines to provide seamless operations and unmatched satisfaction for our members and guests.
This position reports to a Hub Head and works closely with our Member Support Manager.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (local time of assigned market).
What You'll Do
- Own market success by ensuring all units meet move-in standards before a member's arrival.
- Lead the resolution of customer escalations with professionalism, creativity, and a commitment to exceptional service.
- Maintain key relationships with property partners, hosts, and back-ops teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Manage and resolve support tickets and maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Monitor and improve key performance metrics including NPS, CSAT, cleaning quality, and check-in scores.
What You'll Need
- English proficiency: Fluent (B2-C1)
- Ability to work from our Polanco office — a collaborative, fast-moving environment.

- Outstanding communication skills and ability to own relationships and resolve issues proactively.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $19,000 MXN gross per month + performance-based bonus
- Grocery vouchers: $1,500 MXN net per month
- Vacation: 12 days per year (available after 90 days of employment)
- Paid time off (PTO): 40 hours per year (available after 30 days of employment)
