About the Role:
As a Reservation Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for helping grow our new member base. You'll prospect inbound and outbound leads, close new memberships, and create reservations. Your tasks will include explaining Landing’s products and value to potential members, answering their questions, and guiding them through the sales process.

What you’ll do:

  • Engage Potential Members: Communicate with prospects (inbound and outbound) via phone, email, and text to understand their needs, why they want to move, and how Landing can be the right fit.
  • Present Value & Solutions: Share our value proposition, explain how our properties and products address their goals, and adapt your pitch based on feedback.
  • Match Members with Homes: Search for and recommend the best options in real time, ensuring move-in and move-out dates are accurately booked.
  • Build Relationships: Develop and maintain long-term connections with members to support retention and satisfaction.
  • Support & Problem-Solve: Answer billing questions and collaborate with team members to resolve any issues or concerns from new members.

What you know:

  • Fluent in English with strong communication skills
  • Proficient in using CRMs to manage and track interactions
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in remote sales or customer service (B2C preferred)

  • Salary $15,500 MXN Gross monthly + Uncapped commissions
