Verification Analyst
About Landing:
Landing is a nationwide hospitality platform where fully furnished apartments meet hotel quality and consistency. Guests book from thousands of apartments in hundreds of US cities, for a week or a year, all backed by 24/7 local support. Behind every stay is a team making sure the right guests walk through the door, with their identity checked before they ever get a door code. That's where you come in.
About the Role:
As a Verification Analyst, you'll review reservations before guests arrive, checking IDs and personal details and confirming identity screening. On more complex bookings, you'll also review income and credit. Your biggest focus is catching what doesn't add up while keeping good guests moving fast. You'll also talk with guests by phone and email, including some who are frustrated about a delay, so staying calm and clear matters as much as being detailed. When a reservation is missing something, you own it until it's resolved.
You'll work in English every day alongside teams across the US, from our office in Polanco. No two days look the same, and you'll build real skills in risk, fraud prevention, and guest operations that set you up to grow with us.
What You'll Do:
- Review incoming reservations and check guest IDs and personal details.
- Confirm identity screening results and flag anything that doesn't match.
- Review income and credit on more complex bookings.
- Call and email guests to collect missing information, including guests who are upset about a delay.
- Work with our Sales and Member Experience teams to keep every reservation moving.
What You Bring:
- Fluent English (B2 to C1). Resumes and applications must be in English to be considered.
- Experience in customer service, back office, billing, or another detail-heavy role.
- A sharp eye for detail: you notice when a name, date, or number is off.
- No fear of the phone, including calls with upset guests.
- Comfortable switching between phone, email, and text in a fast-paced environment.
- A plus: experience with KYC, identity, or income verification.
