Verifications Analyst
Submitted resumes must be in English to be considered.
About Landing:
Landing is a nationwide hospitality platform where fully furnished apartments meet hotel quality and consistency. Guests book from thousands of apartments in hundreds of US cities, for a week or a year, all backed by 24/7 local support. Behind every stay is a team making sure the right guests walk through the door, with their identity and income checked before they ever get a door code. That’s where you come in.
About the Role:
As a Verifications Analyst on our Risk Prevention team, you’ll review guest applications and verify identity and income before a stay is confirmed. Your biggest focus is spotting what doesn’t add up, like a document that doesn’t match or an income that doesn’t check out, while keeping good guests moving fast. This isn’t a call center role. When an application is missing something, you own it until it’s resolved, which means following up with guests and working with our Sales and Member Experience teams until it’s done.
You’ll work in English every day alongside teams across the US, from our office in Polanco. No two days look the same, and you’ll build real skills in risk, fraud prevention, and guest operations that set you up to grow with us.
What You'll Do:
- Review applications from prospective members looking to join Landing's furnished apartment network.
- Conduct thorough identity and income verifications to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Communicate with prospective members to collect required documents and keep the process moving.
- Collaborate with our Sales and Member Experience teams to keep communication with applicants clear and timely.
What You Bring:
- Fluent English (B2 to C1). Resumes and applications must be in English to be considered.
- Background in customer service and/or billing, with a commitment to outstanding service.
- Hands-on experience with identity and income verification, with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable talking with customers by phone, email, and text.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Where and When:
This is a full-time role based in our Polanco office in Mexico City. It is not remote or hybrid. You'll work 5 days a week with 2 days off. Shifts fall between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM, and at least one weekend day is required. Your exact shift will be confirmed during the process.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Grocery vouchers: $1,500 MXN net per month
- Vacation: 12 days per year (available after 90 days)
- Paid time off: 40 hours per year (available after 30 days)
- Health insurance: Major medical (MetLife), minor medical (AXA Keralty), dental, and vision
- Parking: Onsite parking for bikes, motorcycles, and cars
- Travel perk: $750 USD every year in Landing Stays
- Growth: Room to grow with us!
