OTA Distributions Specialist

About the Role: 
 We are looking for a team member to own online travel agency (OTA) listings within our OTA Distribution Team! In this role, you’ll be the performance owner on a subset of our OTA’s, manage the listing content,  and liaise with our operations teams to ensure we have the most up-to-date info for our potential bookers. Landing is committed to growing our OTA footprint and this role is an exciting chance to directly impact that growth and reach potential bookers across the world.

What You'll Do:

• Own performance on various OTA channels including:
  • Booking velocity
  • Ranking
  • Listing content
  • Regular analysis and competitor analysis
  • Channel uptime
• Ensure the content and photos on your channels are up-to-date and accurate to ensure a great guest first impression
• Create captivating descriptions for our listings that grab viewers’ attention and entices them to book
• Ensure commission payments for the channels are accurate and timely
• Create new listings in a timely manner
• Manage the channel relationship with our account manager and their team
• Reply to questions about listing content updates and questions
• Apply weekly promotion levers
• Review and correct rejected listings
• Monitor key channel metrics such as listing review scores, revenue, ADR, impressions, and conversion
• Review guests, respond to guest reviews, and record all reviews to pass along to the  operations teams

What You Need: 

• Resourcefulness and willingness to take initiative 
• Ability to take full ownership of your channels
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• An eye for style - listings require great photo curations and captivating descriptions. Crafting those is an essential part of this role.
• Guest-first mindset
• Comfortability in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to communicate and collaborate cross-functionally 
• Comfortable with remote working environments. Although this role is based in our Mexico City office, you will be reporting directly to someone in another location.
