Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic B2B Marketing Manager to drive the growth of Landing’s Autopilot program and Corporate Housing offerings. Based in Birmingham, AL, this role will focus on developing and executing targeted marketing strategies to attract multifamily property owners, driving lead generation, and supporting sales alignment to expand our Autopilot supply. This role will play a pivotal part in Landing’s mission to achieve its Autopilot supply goals and establish itself as a leader in flexible living solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to generate high-quality leads for the Autopilot program through email campaigns, paid ads, social media, sponsorships and events.
- Sales Enablement: Partner with the sales team to create compelling collateral, refine messaging, and support outreach efforts to engage property owners and decision-makers.
- Targeted Campaigns: Craft and manage lifecycle marketing campaigns to nurture prospects, including webinars, newsletters, and downloadable resources like case studies and white papers.
- Digital Marketing: Oversee digital efforts, including SEO, LinkedIn ads, and Landing page optimization, to ensure measurable results.
- Event Marketing: Organize and promote Landing’s presence at key industry events, such as NMHC conferences, to build relationships and generate leads.
- Market Insights: Utilize tools like CoStar and other real estate databases to identify target properties and market opportunities.
- Metrics & Analytics: Track and report on campaign performance, including metrics like qualified leads, website traffic, and conversions, to measure ROI and guide strategy adjustments.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in real estate, multifamily housing, or a related industry.
- Expertise in demand generation, lifecycle marketing, and digital marketing strategies.
- Strong collaboration skills to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
- Experience with CRM platforms, ads platforms, email marketing tools, and data analytics.
- Exceptional communication and project management skills.
