About the Role
As a Corporate Housing Account Executive, you will play a vital role in our efforts to expand and nurture our corporate client portfolio. Your mission will be to build strong, lasting partnerships with organizations seeking tailored housing solutions for work assignments and relocations. As an Executive, you’ll communicate Landing’s value proposition to companies and execute local, regional, and national-level corporate travel partnerships.
This role requires a proactive, results-oriented individual with strong sales acumen, exceptional communication skills, and a deep commitment to customer satisfaction. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment where you’ll close deals, provide value to our clients, and contribute to the Landing’s overall success.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building a pipeline of qualified corporate clients needing housing solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor for their housing needs.
- Present and sell corporate housing solutions, highlighting their value in addressing client challenges.
- Take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to contract negotiation and closing.
- Act as a Landing brand ambassador, fostering relationships with corporate clients and industry partners while promoting our mission and values.
- Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team revenue goals.
- Demonstrate a customer-first approach, offering creative solutions and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Work closely with dedicated business development and account representatives to help drive corporate housing revenue.
What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience.
- Familiarity in corporate housing, hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
- A proven track record of closing sales and exceeding targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clients.
- Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a knack for identifying client needs and tailoring solutions.
- A collaborative mindset focused on contributing to team success while achieving individual goals.
- A passion for customer satisfaction, ensuring every client interaction delivers value and reinforces the company’s reputation.
