About the Role:

We’re looking for a Home Installation Associate to join our Field Operations team. In this hands-on role, you’ll bring Landing homes to life—installing furniture, mounting TVs, hanging artwork, painting accent walls, and more. You’ll be part of a fast-moving team delivering a best-in-class experience to our members in Atlanta and across the U.S.
 

What you’ll do:

• Load, transport, and set up furniture and décor in new Landing homes
• Mount TVs, hang artwork, and install blackout window shades
• Paint accent walls and complete light handyman tasks
• Install smart locks and other in-home tech
• Travel to other markets as needed (up to 75% based on install schedule)
  Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Ensure homes meet Landing’s quality standards before move-in
   

What you need:

• 2+ years in moving, installations, or handyman work preferred
• Experience with power tools, furniture assembly, TV mounting, basic painting, and light repairs
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a box truck
• A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently
• Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and team-first attitude
• Ability to lift and move 75+ lbs safely and frequently
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
