Landing

Hospitality Manager

Field Operations - Miami, FL - Full Time

About Landing
Since 2019, Landing has built the largest flexible living network in the U.S.: thousands of fully furnished apartments in 35+ markets, with no security deposits. Our work happens on the ground, priorities shift fast, and no two days look the same.

About the role
Miami is one of our fastest-growing markets, and we’re growing the team to keep up. Reporting to the Hub Manager, you’ll own a segment of Miami properties from end to end: member experience, property partnerships, housekeeping vendors, maintenance and unit quality.

If you’ve worked in a hotel, a short-term rental portfolio or another high-volume hospitality operation, the work will feel familiar. The difference is scope. You won’t run one property. You’ll run a whole market segment and help build the playbook along the way.

What you’ll own

  • Member experience: Own the full journey from booking to checkout, including inquiries, tickets and escalations across every channel.
  • Reservations: Manage bookings on Landing’s platform and on OTA partners like Airbnb and Booking.com.
  • Unit readiness: Work with housekeeping vendors and property maintenance teams so every unit is clean, working and up to standard before a member arrives.
  • Partnerships: Build strong, trusted relationships with property management teams and vendors.
  • Growth: Onboard, set up and launch new properties in your segment.
  • Performance: Track and improve market KPIs (NPS, CSAT, cleaning quality, growth) and report results to your Hub Manager.

What we’re looking for

  • Hospitality experience: 2 years+ in hotel operations, short-term or vacation rental management, or another high-volume guest-facing operation. You know how to work when guests can’t wait.
  • Ownership: You’ve run a property, market or operation with real autonomy and made the decisions yourself.
  • Follow-through: This role comes with a lot of tickets, and you close the loop on every one.
  • Calm under pressure: When three things are urgent at once, you know which one to handle first.
  • Comfort with ambiguity: At a growth-stage company, the answer isn’t always written down. You figure it out, then document it for the next person.
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Schedule
Core hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm ET. Because the role is guest-facing, you’ll sometimes need to be available on evenings, weekends and holidays, especially around month-end and other high-volume check-in periods.

What We Offer:
