About the Role
As a Corporate Housing Account Manager, you will be at the heart of our customer success strategy, ensuring seamless service delivery and building long-lasting client relationships. Your primary focus will be delivering exceptional customer service by minimizing preventable reservation errors, identifying opportunities to improve processes, and acting as a trusted advisor to clients.
