You’ll make sure the right products are ordered, delivered, and available when needed — helping us operate efficiently and deliver an exceptional member experience.
What You’ll Do:
Forecast & Plan: Anticipate purchasing needs by analyzing inventory and demand to place timely, cost-effective orders
Manage Vendors: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers in key categories (linens, housewares, electronics, OS&E)
Negotiate & Source: Identify new vendors when needed and negotiate pricing and terms to maximize value
Process Orders: Place and track purchase orders, resolve discrepancies, and follow up on delayed shipments
Oversee Inventory: Monitor warehouse stock and coordinate with the warehouse team to keep inventory accurate and organized
Control Costs: Track spending, identify savings opportunities, and maintain accurate purchasing records
Handle Compliance: Ensure timely vendor payments and upload receipts to Airbase to keep operations seamless
Manage Returns: Coordinate product returns, replacements, and refunds as necessary
Turnaround Time: Complete purchasing requests and approvals within defined lead times (e.g., 2–3 business days)
What You’ll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred
Minimum of 4–5 years of purchasing or procurement experience, ideally within real estate, construction, or property management
Excellent negotiation, forecasting, and vendor management skills
Detail-oriented with strong organization and follow-through
Comfortable with spreadsheets and order management systems
Strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, growing business
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a part-time schedule
