Photo Coordinator
Autopilot Operations - Mexico City, Mexico - Full Time
About the Role:
Landing is looking for a detail-oriented Photo Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll manage the end-to-end process of photography for our home. From scheduling shoots to ensuring final images meet brand standards. You’ll work closely with photographers, external editing partners, and internal teams to deliver high-quality, consistent imagery that elevates the Landing member experience.
About the Team:
Our Photography Operations team is a really important part of Landing’s success. We are responsible for what our current and prospective guests see on our website in order to select their next booking. We work closely with Autopilot Operations, and Field Operations to ensure our units are photographed on time and uploaded into our system in a timely manner.
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate and schedule photography jobs across our portfolio of units.
- Review and perform quality checks on submitted photos to ensure accuracy and brand alignment.
- Partner with a third-party vendor on editing standards, enhancements, and new requirements.
Upload and organize all final images into Landing’s internal systems. - Collaborate cross-functionally to continuously improve the photography process.
What You Need:
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- A sharp eye for visual quality and detail.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills when working with multiple stakeholders.
- Comfort working in fast-paced environments and balancing multiple deadlines.
- Experience with photo management systems or operations is a plus.
- Super written & verbal communication, experience with Google Drive
- +2 years of experience in a creative field preferred, but not required
- Skilled at on the fly problem solving with the ability to adapt and take on new projects as our process changes
- Able to operate successfully in a lean, fast-paced organization
- Fluent English (native - bilingual)
- Ability to work in-office at our Mexico City office
- Ability to work M-F 9 to 6
