Enterprise Account Coordinator

About Landing:
Since 2019, Landing has redefined apartment renting with the industry’s first flexible living model. Members get fully furnished apartments in 60+ U.S. markets with no deposits or long-term leases. Through Autopilot, our program for apartment owners and property managers, we furnish, list, and manage units on their behalf, so they fill vacancies without the extra work.
About the Role:
As our Enterprise Account Coordinator on the Autopilot team, you’ll own the launch of every new property, from the day the contract is signed until the first member moves in. You’ll be the main contact for property owners and managers, collect everything we need to list their units, and line up the Legal, field, and vendor work that gets each home ready. This is an English-first, partner-facing role where you’ll learn how a U.S. proptech company runs operations end to end.
What You’ll Do:
- Run each new property launch from contract signature to first move-in, keeping every task, date, and owner on track
- Be the go-to contact for property owners and managers: explain how Autopilot works and collect the information we need to build their listing on Landing
- Gather what Legal needs to apply for Short-Term Rental (STR) permits, and follow up until it’s done
- Coordinate key pickup and unit installations with our Area General Managers (AGMs), the field leaders who run our homes in each U.S. market
- Create and close the jobs each unit needs to be move-in ready (installation, cleaning, photos), and follow up with vendors when timelines slip
- Keep property and unit data accurate in our systems so every launch is audit-ready
- Hand each property off to its AGM after launch with a strong relationship already in place
What You Bring:
- Fluent English (B2 to C1), written and spoken, since you’ll work with U.S. partners every day
- Experience coordinating projects, launches, onboardings, or operations; property management, hospitality, real estate, implementation, or logistics backgrounds all count
- Comfort juggling vendors, deadlines, and many moving parts at once
- Sharp attention to detail: you catch the wrong date or missing document before it becomes a problem
- Resourcefulness: when something is stuck, you find the answer and follow up until it’s done
- Nice to have: experience with STR permits, property launches, or U.S. clients
Where and When:
- Full time in our Polanco office in Mexico City. This role is not remote or hybrid.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
