About the Role:
We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support Landing’s continued growth. You will play a crucial role in ensuring we bring on the right people who align with our company’s mission and values. This position is ideal for individuals with strong recruitment experience, particularly in hiring for U.S.-based roles.
What You'll Do:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create targeted hiring strategies.
- Proactively source candidates using various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience by maintaining clear communication throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate records and reporting.
- Collaborate with the HR team to support workforce planning and hiring initiatives.
What You Need:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- +2 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably with experience hiring for U.S.-based roles.
- Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ATS systems)
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

- $20,000 - $22,500 MXN gross monthly salary (based on experience)
